Namun kini jaringan telah kembali normal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kami masih mengidentifikasi penyebab gangguan dan akan terus memantau layanan IndiHome secara keseluruhan,&#8221;<br \/>\nujar Vice President Corporate Communication Telkom, Arif Prabowo dalam keterangan resmi, di Jakarta (17\/01)<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Atas kejadian ini, Telkom menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada pelanggan yang terdampak dan merasakan ketidaknyamanan terhadap layanan IndiHome,&#8221; lanjutnya.Pihak Telkom pun menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada pelanggan yang terdampak gangguan ini.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelumnya, pengguna IndiHome mengeluh jaringan internet mereka bermasalah siang ini (13\/8).
